A permission level is a number between that determines what permissions a player has - 1000 is the lowest (no permissions) and 0 is the highest (full admin permissions). When adding a player to the admin list, you need to specify a permission level. This admin command will add or remove a player from the admin list. I skipped some of the smaller tweaks and mods since there are a lot of them (though if someone thinks one is noteworthy, I'll add it). So I've compiled a few lists and links I've found around here and there (mostly found on 7 Days to Die forum, and put them all together. I was looking for a mod list, but never found anything too complete.
